Our story | After a career in the hotel industry and the creation of restaurants specializing in French cuisine, Yannick has focused for several years on healthy and responsible cuisine. He began by serving elite athletes by offering them meals suited to their sporting ambitions. Then, the poke bowl incorporating many products suitable for sports nutrition, it is quite naturally that Yannick was passionate about this Hawaiian specialty. The chef and his team have coupled this exotic concept with other values, such as predominantly local sourcing, the search for pure tastes and openness to new products to satisfy the most demanding poke lovers.
